That’s it! The new tax credit of 20% on direct equity investments in eligible innovative startups, capped at €100,000 per year, has come into force. For business angels: minimum ticket of €10,000 and three-year holding period. For startups: less than five years old, fewer than 50 employees, sales or total assets of less than €10 million, with a strong innovation and R&D profile. What do you have to say about this?"....
