"Luxembourg has taken second spot in an annual global ranking assessing a country’s ability to attract and retain talent, rising one place since last year.
The Grand Duchy ranked second in the World Talent Ranking 2025 report, published on Tuesday, regaining its spot from 2023 and up one place from 2024.
The study is published annually by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD), a prestigious business school based in the Swiss city of Lausanne.
It assesses 69 countries – up from 67 last year - on criteria spread across three key areas of investment and development, readiness and appeal."
