On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, H.E. Nicole Bintner-Bakshian, Ambassador of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to the United States officially installed Paul Binsfeld as Honorary Consul of Luxembourg to Arizona and New Mexico.
The ceremony in Scottsdale was also attended by Luxembourg Consul Frank Biever and the former Honorary Consul to Arizona and New Mexico, Fernande Hastert Kuykendall, who was recognized for her years of service and commitment to Luxembourg.
