Nicolas Fermaud’s practice as a Partner and Head of the Elvinger New York office concentrates on commercial and financial law, with a specialisation in investment vehicles, advising asset managers throughout the investment cycle.
Nicolas is an Executive Committee Member and Secretary of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce in New York, and a member of the editorial board of The Investment Lawyer. He has been a solicitor in England and Wales since 2010, and a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2006, receiving his law degree from the Université catholique de Louvain (Belgium).
