Kate Ansay is the operations director and co-owner of two businesses: Ansay International, which imports, markets, and distributes premium products from Luxembourg throughout the United States, as well as Ansay Development, a real-estate firm focused on building sustainable communities through investment in people and partnerships.

Kate's visionary leadership has been instrumental to the growth, development and advancement of Ansay International, which supplies Bofferding beer, Domaines Vinsmoselle wine, Ramborn cider, Moutarderie de Luxembourg mustard, and a host of other premium quality products from Luxembourg to the United States. Ansay International plans a major expansion of product offerings in 2023.

Kate's vision of connecting with her family's Luxembourg heritage also facilitated a visit from the Grand Duke and provided for the establishment of the Luxembourg American Cultural Center in Belgium, WI. This center is a unique collaborative model between community and local non-profits aligned with a sovereign nation.

In just the past decade, her work with Ansay Development has led to the building of Newport Shores, a mixed-use condo building on Lake Michigan's shorefront, Matthaeus Farms, an eco-conscious 31-home subdivision north of Milwaukee, and breaking ground on the game-changing Northern Gateway, a socially impacted 99-acre development in Saukville, WI.

In addition to her work, Kate has made a strong impact in the local philanthropic community, carrying on her family's tradition of giving back and helping the Girl Scouts, MACC Fund, Mel's Charities, Grafton Little League and more.

She was named to the "40 Under 40" list by the Milwaukee Business Journal in 2020.
