Annual General Meeting 2026
Open to All LACC Members in Good Standing
In accordance with the by-laws, the Annual General Meeting of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. will be held on Friday, June 24th, 2026 at 4:00 p.m as a Hybrid Meeting
This constitutes a notice of such annual general meeting which is given to you, at least ten (10) and not more than fifty (50) days before such meeting in accordance with our by-laws.

Please advise the Chamber whether or not you will be attending the meeting. If you are unable to attend, we suggest that you indicate your interest in the affairs of the Chamber by signing and dating the attached proxy and returning it no later than June 13th, 2026.
The proxy may be revoked at any time before it is exercised. Such proxy will not affect the rights of any member to vote in person, should they decide to personally attend the meeting.
