Biography
Stephan is a tax director with PwC and leads the Luxembourg tax desk in New York. He specializes in Luxembourg and international tax law and has worked for more than 10 years in PwC's Financial Services and Alternative Investments practice. Stephan is a certified German tax advisor and a Luxembourg qualified accountant. He follows a holistic approach with a focus on international tax structuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence and tax accounting.
