Michael Plowgian is a principal in KPMG’s Washington National Tax Office for International Tax, where he advises multinational corporations regarding U.S. international tax planning and policy.  Michael advises clients in a broad range of industries, including cloud services and other digital businesses, institutional investors, and alternative investment managers.  Prior to joining KPMG, Michael was a Senior Advisor on BEPS at the OECD.  In that role, he worked with policymakers from OECD and G20 countries to develop the Action Plan on BEPS.
