Michael Ayachi is an Associate Partner at KPMG Luxembourg and Head of the Luxembourg Tax Center for the US market. He has over 14 years of experience in international tax matters during which he led a number of multi-country tax engagements. He is now primarily advising U.S. multinationals with operations in Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg-based multinationals with presence or plans to establish roots in the U.S.

Paul Hondius is Head of the Harmful Tax Practices Unit at the OECD Centre for Tax Policy and Administration. Since joining the OECD in 2014, Paul has worked extensively on the development of international tax policy in the areas of exchange of information, transparency and BEPS. Prior to his time with the OECD, Paul gained seven years of international tax experience in private practice in Luxembourg.

Emilien Lebas is a Partner at KPMG Luxembourg with over 13 years of experience in international tax matters during which he led a number of multi-country tax engagements. Having led the Luxembourg Tax Center for the US market for two years, he advises many U.S. multinationals with operations in Luxembourg as well as Luxembourg-based multinationals with presence or plans to establish roots in the U.S.

Michael Plowgian is a principal in KPMG’s Washington National Tax Office for International Tax, where he advises multinational corporations regarding U.S. international tax planning and policy.  Michael advises clients in a broad range of industries, including cloud services and other digital businesses, institutional investors, and alternative investment managers.  Prior to joining KPMG, Michael was a Senior Advisor on BEPS at the OECD.  In that role, he worked with policymakers from OECD and G20 countries to develop the Action Plan on BEPS.
