Annual General Meeting 2021

Open to All LACC Members in Good Standing

In accordance with the by-laws, the Annual Meeting of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, June 2^nd, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. Considering the current health emergency situation, this year’s annual general meeting will be held online using the zoom tool. The link to access the meeting will be circulated on the day before the meeting together with a reminder for the meeting.

This constitutes a notice of such annual general meeting which is given at least ten (10) and not more than fifty (50) days before such meeting in accordance with our by-laws.

Please advise the Chamber whether or not you will be attending the meeting. If you can attend, please register. If you are unable to attend, we suggest that you indicate your interest in the affairs of the Chamber by signing and dating the enclosed proxy and returning it no later than June 1^st, 2021.
