Open to All LACC Members in Good Standing

In accordance with the by-laws, the Annual General Meeting of the Luxembourg-American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. will be held on Wednesday, June 9th, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. This year’s annual general meeting will be held online using Zoom. The link to access the meeting will be made available with the event registration confirmation. The link will also be circulated with a reminder for the meeting.

This constitutes a notice of such annual general meeting which is given to you, at least ten (10) and not more than fifty (50) days before such meeting in accordance with our by-laws.

Please advise the Chamber whether or not you will be attending the meeting. If you are unable to attend, we suggest that you indicate your interest in the affairs of the Chamber by signing and dating the enclosed proxy and returning it no later than June 7^th, 2022.

The proxy may be revoked at any time before it is exercised. Such proxy will not affect the rights of any member to vote in person, should they decide to personally attend the meeting.
